Recombinant Human IL-33 protein (Catalog#10368-HNAE)
This antibody was produced from a hybridoma resulting from the fusion of a mouse myeloma with B cells obtained from a mouse immunized with purified, recombinant Human IL-33 (rh IL-33; Catalog#10368-HNAE; NP_254274.1; Ser 112-Thr 270). The IgG fraction of the cell culture supernatant was purified by Protein A affinity chromatography.

Immunofluorescence staining of Human IL33 in Hela cells. Cells were fixed with 4% PFA, permeabilzed with 0.3% Triton X-100 in PBS, blocked with 10% serum, and incubated with mouse anti-Human IL33 monoclonal antibody (1:60) at 4℃ overnight. Then cells were stained with the Alexa Fluor® 488-conjugated Goat Anti-mouse IgG secondary antibody(green) and counterstained with DAPI(blue). Positive staining was localized to cytoplasm.
Flow cytometric analysis of Purified anti-Human IL-33 on HUVEC cells. HUVEC cells were treated according to manufacturer’s manual (BD Pharmingen™ Cat. No. 554714), and stained with Purified Mouse anti-IL-33 (Bold line hisgram), then stained with a FITC-conjugated second step antibody.
Interleukin 33 (IL-33), also known as DVS27 or NF-HEV (Nuclear Factor from High Endothelial Venules), is a pro-inflammatory protein and a chromatin-associated cytokine of the IL-1 family with high sequence and structural similarity to IL-1 and IL-18. IL-33 protein is expressed highly and rather selectively by high endothelial venule endothelial cells (HEVECs) in human tonsils, Peyer's patches, and lymph nodes. IL-33 protein has transcriptional regulatory properties, and the researches suggested that IL-33 is a dual-function protein that might act both as a cytokine and as an intracellular nuclear factor. As a type 2 cytokines, IL-33 protein also play a pivotal role in helminthic infection and allergic disorders.
