If there is the background in the results of the immune fluorescence, we should first consider whether the primary antibody concentration or the concentration of the second antibody is too high. First, adjust antibody concentration.
If the antibody concentration is adjusted to the appropriate concentration of work, the result of the immune fluorescence is still in the background, or in a high background, so you can try the following method to reduce the background.
1. You can be tried in the rinse solution and antibody dilution of 0.1% tween;
2. You can be tried in the rinse solution and antibody dilution of 1% NaCl.
