A large number of methods have been developed over the years to study protein–protein interactions. Many of these techniques are now available to the nonspecific researcher thanks to new affordable instruments and/or resource centers. A typical protein–protein interaction study usually starts with an initial screen for novel binding partners. Four strategies for validation of protein–protein interactions are presented: confocal microscopy for intracellular co-localization of proteins, co-immunoprecipitation, surface plasma resonance (SPR) and spectroscopic studies. Sino Biological IP products include IP Kits, IP antibodies, IP buffers and magnetic separators. The IP KITs contains all the buffers for your IP procedure, besides we also provide the positive cell lysates for some IP KIT. The positive cell lysates were prepared with natural cells or tissues. we have over 1600 different IP KITs and more IP antibodies. For different detection methods after Immunoprecipitation, we designed several magnetic separators for Western blotting, PCR, ELISA and so on. Protein function researchers usually study the interaction between different proteins. There are many methods for researching protein interaction such as yeast two- hybridization, Co-Immunoprecipitation (co-IP), Pull-Down Analysis, Crosslinking Protein Interaction Analysis, Label Transfer Protein Interaction Analysis, Far-Western Blot Analysis.
