GPATCH11 (G-Patch Domain Containing 11) is a Protein Coding gene located on human chromosome 2p22.2. The GPATCH11 protein is ubiquitously expressed in fat, testis, brain and other tissues. The GPATCH11 (also known as CENPY; CCDC75; CENP-Y) gene is conserved in chimpanzee, Rhesus monkey, dog, cow, mouse, rat, chicken, zebrafish, fruit fly, C.elegans, etc. 247 organisms have orthologs with human gene GPATCH11.
