【1】The IP KIT contains anti-MINA/MINA53 magnetic Beads (2 mg/mL) in phosphate buffered saline (PBS, pH 7.4) with sodium azide (0.1%).

【2】Using NP-40 cell lysate buffer in the kit is required,otherwise,the magnetic beads may be precipitated.

【3】Shipping: Magnetic Beads kits are shipped at ambient temperature in which magnetic beads are provided in liquid buffer.

The Anti-MINA/MINA53 magnetic Beads, conjugated with Anti-MINA/MINA53 antibody, are used for immuneprecipitation (IP) of MINA/MINA53 proteins which expressed in vitro expression systems. For IP, the beads are added to a sample containing MINA/MINA53 proteins to form a bead-protein complex. The complex is removed from the solution manually using a magnetic separator. The bound MINA/MINA53 proteins are dissociated from the magnetic beads using an elution buffer.

MINA/MINA53 背景信息

RIOX2 (Ribosomal Oxygenase 2, also known as MINA) is a Protein Coding gene. The RIOX2 gene, located on 3q11.2, is conserved in chimpanzee, Rhesus monkey, dog, cow, mouse, rat, chicken, zebrafish, and frog. An important paralog of this gene is RIOX1. MINA is a c-Myc target gene that may play a role in cell proliferation or regulation of cell growth. RIOX2 is widely expressed in the thyroid, skin, and other tissues. Diseases associated with RIOX2 include Squamous Cell Carcinoma and Lung Cancer. Among its related pathways are Chromatin organization and Validated targets of C-MYC transcriptional activation. 222 organisms have orthologs with the human gene RIOX2.
