1. Capture Antibody 1 mg/mL of mouse anti-Human I-TAC / CXCL11 monoclonal antibody (in PBS, pH 7.4). Dilute to a working concentration of 2 μg/mL in PBS before coating. (Catalog: # 10876-MM10)
2. Detection Antibody 0.2 mg/mL of rabbit anti-Human I-TAC / CXCL11 polyclonal antibody conjugated to horseradish-peroxidase (HRP) (in PBS, 50 % HRP-Protector, pH 7.4, store at 4℃). Dilute to working concentration of 0.5 μg/mL in detection antibody dilution buffer before use.
3. Standard Each vial contains 35 ng of recombinant Human I-TAC / CXCL11. Reconstitute with 1 mL detection antibody dilution buffer. After reconstitution, store at -20℃ to -80℃ in a manual defrost freezer. A seven-point standard curve using 2-fold serial dilutions in sample dilution buffer, and a high standard of 800 pg/mL is recommended.

CXCL11 背景信息
I-TAC, also known as CXCL11, is a small cytokine belonging to the CXC chemokine family. It is highly expressed in peripheral blood leukocytes, pancreas and liver, with moderate levels in thymus, spleen and lung and low expression levels were in small intestine, placenta and prostate. The I-TAC chemokine elicits its effects on its target cells by interacting with the cell surface chemokine receptor CXCR3, with a higher affinity than do the other ligands for this receptor, CXCL9 and CXCL10. I-TAC is chemotactic for activated T cells. The CXCL11 gene is located on human chromosome 4 along with many other members of the CXC chemokine family.
