1. Capture Antibody 1 mg/mL of mouse anti-Human CCL16 / HCC-4 / NCC4 monoclonal antibody (in PBS, pH 7.4). Dilute to a working concentration of 2 μg/mL in PBS before coating. (Catalog: # 10491-MM02)
2. Detection Antibody 0.2 mg/mL of rabbit anti-Human CCL16 / HCC-4 / NCC4 polyclonal antibody conjugated to horseradish-peroxidase (HRP) (in PBS, 50 % HRP-Protector, pH 7.4, store at 4℃). Dilute to working concentration of 0.5 μg/mL in detection antibody dilution buffer before use.
3. Standard Each vial contains 10(KW10JL1501-1) ng of recombinant Human CCL16 / HCC-4 / NCC4. Reconstitute with 1 mL detection antibody dilution buffer. After reconstitution, store at -20℃ to -80℃ in a manual defrost freezer. A seven-point standard curve using 2-fold serial dilutions in sample dilution buffer, and a high standard of 150 pg/mL is recommended.

LEC/CCL16 背景信息
CCL16, a chemokine poorly characterized at the functional level. Human CCL16 is a member of the CC family, and its gene maps to human chromosome 17q. In the mouse, only a pseudogene has been identified to date. CCL16 is a functional ligand for CCR1, CCR2, CCR5, and CCR8. Recombinant CCL16 demonstrated chemotactic activity on human monocytes and lymphocytes. Based on the ability of human chemokines to exert activity on and bind to murine receptors, the TSA mouse adenocarcinoma cell line was transfected with human CCL16 cDNA and, in comparison with other cytokines, was shown to be the faster inducer of systemic immune response due to massive, prompt infiltration of leukocytes.
