ATF1 Information: ATF1 Protein, ATF1 Antibody and ATF1 Gene

ATF1 Gene family

ATF1 Protein

ATF1 protein function

This protein binds the cAMP response element (CRE) (consensus: 5'-GTGACGT[AC][AG]-3'), a sequence present in many viral and cellular promoters. Binds to the Tax-responsive element (TRE) of HTLV-I. Mediates PKA-induced stimulation of CRE-reporter genes. Represses the expression of FTH1 and other antioxidant detoxification genes. Triggers cell proliferation and transformation. {ECO:0000269|PubMed:18794154, ECO:0000269|PubMed:20980392}.

Among all these ATF1 antibodies, there are 2 anti-ATF1 rabbit polyclonal antibodies . All the ATF1 anbodies are produced in house and all are in stock. ATF1 antibody customerized service is available.

ATF1 Gene

ATF1 gene / cDNA is a protein-coding gene which located on 12q13.12. The ATF1 gene is conserved in chimpanzee, Rhesus monkey, dog, cow, mouse, rat, chicken, zebrafish, and frog.203 organisms have orthologs with human gene ATF1.
