MUC1 Antibody Guideline: Preparation, Dilution and Applications

MUC1 Antibody Overview

There are 8 MUC1 antibodies which are validated in multiple tissues with various applications, including IHC-P, ICC/IF, ELISA, WB, IP. There are 5 MUC1 antibody for IHC-P, 1 MUC1 antibody for ICC/IF, 5 MUC1 antibody for ELISA, 1 MUC1 antibody for WB, 1 MUC1 antibody for IP. Among all these MUC1 antibodies, there are 4 anti-MUC1 rabbit polyclonal antibodies , 1 anti-MUC1 mouse monoclonal antibodies , 3 anti-MUC1 rabbit monoclonal antibodies . All the MUC1 anbodies are produced in house and all are in stock. MUC1 antibody customerized service is available.

MUC1 Antibody ELISA

MUC1 antibody ELISA preparation

This antibody was obtained from a rabbit immunized with purified, recombinant Human MUC1/Mucin 1/CD227 (rh MUC1/Mucin 1/CD227; NP_001018016.1; Met1-Gly167).

MUC1 Antibody immunohistochemistry

MUC1 Antibody immunohistochemistry Preparation

This antibody was produced from a hybridoma resulting from the fusion of a mouse myeloma with B cells obtained from a mouse immunized with purified, recombinant Human MUC1/Mucin 1/CD227 (rh MUC1/Mucin 1/CD227; Catalog#12123-H05H; NP_001018016.1; Met1-Gly167). The IgG fraction of the cell culture supernatant was purified by Protein A affinity chromatography.
